Your order in the mailbox
We care about your time!
HUP_beautiful details packages are designed to correctly fit in most mailboxes. However, depending on the volume of the shipment, you will receive it directly in your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local Post Office.

Shipping of your order
Your order will be dispatched up to 24h from the time you placed your order. Except if the order was placed during the weekend. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping order confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery time of your order
From the day you received the shipping confirmation you can expect your purchase from HUP_beautiful details in:
-European Union orders: 4 business days
-International orders: 6 business days

Your order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

How much do I pay for delivery service?
In an effort to make the shopping experience as straightforward as possible, we charge a flat rate of 5.00 EUR for all countries, on all orders placed by individuals.

You are not happy with your purchase
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from HUP_beautiful details, you can return or exchange your order. We will do our best to make you happy!
We accept returns and exchange orders during 30 days after the delivery of your package. You must return or exchange the HUP_beautiful details products bought at www.hup.pt or www.hupbeautifuldetails.com in perfect condition. Unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items received in the original, fully intact packaging and with the original labels still attached to each product.
To submit a return or an exchange is very simple. Send us an email for team@hup.pt with your order number and the details of your return or exchange request.

You received an incorrect item or a damaged delivery
If the return is due to the delivery of a damaged item or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the goods are returned. Please contact us if your item was damaged or incorrect by e-mail at the following address team@hup.pt 

Costs for return
HUP_beautiful details online shop is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. 

Costs for exchanges
HUP­_beautiful details online shop is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur because of  the exchange of a product.
Once you have returned the items, HUP_beautiful details online shop will not make any additional delivery charges in the case of an exchange. Please note that HUP online shop will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incur.


Payment refund guarantee
The return can be refunded to you immediately after receiving the products.
The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by HUP_beautiful details online shop.


You didn't receive your order
If you didn't receive your order from HUP_beautiful details, please contact us at team@hup.pt. We will do our best to make you happy!


Information about EU withdrawal / cancellation rights
You have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund. The fourteen calendar days starts from the day after you receive your order.

We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to complete the Whidrawal Form below and send it back to us. You'll find details on how to send this back to us on the Withdrawal Form.

If you have already received your order, you will need to return to us the items from your order that you wish to cancel. The items you return must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged in the original, fully intact HUP packaging and with the original labels.

We try hard accept all returns. However it is your responsabity to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enought that they won't be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event an item is is returned to us in an unsuitabée condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you.

We way withhold reimbursement until we have received the HUP products back or you have supplied evidence of having send back to us.

We will bear the cost of returning to the standard shipping.

HUP_beautiful details cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may present when exchanging EUR into any other currency.
